Disability Mental Health Recovery
Personalised psychosocial recovery support.
Expert guidance to navigate the NDIS and get the most from your plan. We help you find the right services, manage your supports, and achieve your goals.
The NDIS can be confusing. Understanding your plan, finding providers, managing budgets, and knowing your rights. It's a lot to navigate, especially when you're also managing a mental health condition.
A Support Coordinator is like having a knowledgeable friend in your corner. We help you understand your plan, connect with the services you need, and make sure you're getting the most from your NDIS funding.
We work for you, not for other providers. Our job is to help you find the best services for your needs, not to push you towards any particular provider.
Support Coordination is funded under:
Note: Not everyone has Support Coordination in their plan. Check your plan or contact NDIS to see if it's included.
We are here to make the NDIS work for you, not the other way around.
We break down your NDIS plan into plain English. What's funded, what's not, and how to use your budget effectively.
We help you find services that match your needs and preferences. We know the local providers and can recommend options.
We coordinate between your different providers to make sure everyone's working together towards your goals.
We help you track your spending and make sure you're using your funding efficiently, not running out or leaving money on the table.
Problems with a provider? Not happy with a service? We advocate for you and help resolve issues when things go wrong.
We help you prepare for plan reviews, gather evidence, and make the case for the funding you need.
There are three levels of Support Coordination in the NDIS.
Basic level
Help to understand and use your NDIS plan, and connect with providers. Suitable for people who need minimal ongoing support.
Standard level (what we offer)
Ongoing support to implement your plan, coordinate providers, and build your capacity to manage your own supports over time.
Intensive level
For people with complex needs who require intensive, specialist support to coordinate their care.
Some Support Coordinators work for large organisations that also provide other NDIS services. This can create conflicts of interest. Will they recommend their own services even if they're not the best fit for you?
At Progress FNQ, we are upfront about what we offer. Yes, we provide other NDIS services, but we'll never pressure you to use them. Our Support Coordination is about helping you find the best services for your needs, whether that's with us or someone else.
Your trust is more important than our business.
