Current Positions
Mental Health Recovery Support Worker
We are looking for compassionate, reliable support workers to join our team. You'll provide one-on-one support to participants with psychosocial disabilities, helping them work towards their recovery goals.
Requirements
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Mental Health, or related field
- Current Blue Card and National Police Check
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- First Aid and CPR certification

Support Coordinator
Experienced Support Coordinators wanted to help participants navigate the NDIS, connect with services, and achieve their goals. Strong knowledge of the local service landscape required.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Social Work, Psychology, etc.)
- Experience in Support Coordination or case management
- Strong understanding of the NDIS
- Current Blue Card and National Police Check

- Strong advocacy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage competing priorities
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners create tailored plans to improve quality of life, teach new skills, and reduce restrictive practices, primarily working within disability, community, and education settings.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Social Work, Psychology, or related field)
- Experience in a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner role
- Strong understanding of the NDIS
- Current Blue Card and National Police Check
