Disability and Mental Health Recovery

Personalised psychosocial support that helps you build the life you want. Recovery is possible, and we are here to walk alongside you.

What We Offer

Recovery-Focused Support

Mental health recovery is about more than managing symptoms. It's about building a life that's meaningful to you, developing hope, purpose, and connection.

Our psychosocial recovery support is tailored to your individual goals. Whether you want to return to work, rebuild relationships, manage daily routines, or simply feel more confident leaving the house, we are here to help you get there.

We use evidence-based approaches combined with genuine care. Our support workers are trained in recovery-oriented practice and trauma-informed care, ensuring you feel safe and respected throughout your journey.

Our Approach

How We Walk With You

Recovery looks different for everyone. Here are some of the ways we can support your journey.

Goal Setting & Planning

We help you identify what matters most to you and create achievable steps to get there. Your goals drive everything we do.

Building Daily Routines

Structure can be powerful for recovery. We support you to develop routines that work for your life and wellbeing.

Skill Development

From communication to problem-solving, we help you build practical skills that increase your independence and confidence.

Social Connection

Isolation can be a major barrier to recovery. We support you to rebuild relationships and connect with your community.

Managing Wellbeing

We help you recognise early warning signs and develop strategies to maintain your mental health and prevent setbacks.

Accessing Services

Navigating the health system can be overwhelming. We help you connect with GPs, psychiatrists, counsellors, and other services.

Getting Started

What to Expect

1

Initial Conversation

We'll have an informal chat about your situation, your goals, and what you're looking for in a support provider. No pressure, no commitment.

2

Meet Your Support Worker

We'll introduce you to potential support workers so you can find someone you connect with. The relationship matters.

3

Develop Your Plan

Together, we'll create a support plan based on your goals and preferences. This is your plan. You're in control.

4

Begin Your Journey

Start receiving support at a pace that works for you. We adjust as we go based on what's working and what's not.

"For years I thought recovery wasn't possible for me. Progress FNQ showed me that small steps add up. My support worker doesn't judge me; they believe in me even when I don't believe in myself."
